My name is Claire Parker and I am a qualified counsellor, based in Dursley, near Stroud, Gloucestershire.  Initially, I offer a free session of 30 minutes so you can see if I am the right counsellor for you.  Following on from this, I offer 50 minute counselling sessions.  These sessions can be in person, online or via telephone.

During our sessions, I will offer you a safe, non-judgemental space for you to share thoughts and feelings that you might not be able to share with anyone else in your life.

You may be going through something life-changing, or trying to process something that has happened in your past.  Perhaps you are experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.  Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, I am confident that by us working together, you will feel empowered to unpack the difficulties in your life and discover the right outcome to be able to move forward.

I also offer specialist counselling those with Autism and ADHD.
